“If you become the CM, what will be the first thing you do?” asked Shivaraj Kumar. “I will first close the doors of the Vidhana Soudha. It is a democracy. If you look at the Vidhana Soudha, it feels like politics. They have built a palace like a king,” Upendra had said.
“In my opinion, all MLAs should come to the constituency and work. The Vidhana Soudha should be made into a museum. Cultural programs should be held there on weekends.
